Roxanne Hill

Hi, I’m Roxanne, A fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and owner of Hill Start Driving School. Passionate about road safety I deliver driving lessons in and around Wellington, Taunton, Tiverton and Cullompton.

I became a driving instructor because I wanted a job with real satisfaction and there is nothing better than seeing someone pass their test first time. I was also always being told by friends and work colleagues that I was a calm and relaxed type of person and that I would make a great Driving Instructor.

I was fortunate to be trained by LDC in the latest adult coaching and training techniques so you can be assured the training I give will be of the highest standard.

My technique allows for flexibility in lessons so that you learn to drive safely at a rate that suits you. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and as productive as possible.

Lessons are always conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner as I firmly believe in making pupils feel at ease during lessons.

Sarah Aldridge

Hi, I’m Sarah Aldridge, fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). I deliver driving lessons in and around Wellington, Taunton, Tiverton and Cullompton.

I recently qualified using Tri-coaching and the Hill Start training programme. I feel I have the most up to date knowledge and a fresh, keen attitude to help people gain the skills required to be safe and independent on the road.

I became a driving instructor to join my daughter (Roxanne) at Hill start. I wanted to be part of an ever-growing brilliant team. I love to watch as my pupils grow each week and gain their own confidence using the client centred learning techniques, we use at Hill Start Driving School.

I pride myself on conducting my lessons in a calm, supportive and friendly way. Each pupil is different and I am adaptable, as to maximise the progress made during each lesson.
